⚠️ महत्वपूर्ण सूचना

ट्रस्ट द्वारा केवल स्वैच्छिक दान (Voluntary Donation) स्वीकार किया जाता है। किसी भी प्रकार का दबाव, कॉल, प्रलोभन या भ्रामक जानकारी देकर दान नहीं लिया जाता।

⏱️ Cooling Period (शिकायत समय सीमा)

सभी ऑनलाइन दान (UPI/IMPS/NEFT) पर:

👉 8 घंटे से 24 घंटे (1 दिन) का Cooling Period लागू है

यदि किसी दानदाता को लेन-देन पर संदेह/आपत्ति हो, तो वह इसी अवधि के भीतर ट्रस्ट को सूचित करें
निर्धारित समय सीमा के बाद, राशि ट्रस्ट के सेवा कार्यों में उपयोग की जा सकती है
❗ महत्वपूर्ण शर्तें
दान अपनी इच्छा से करें
OTP/UPI fraud या unauthorized transaction के लिए ट्रस्ट जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा
विवाद की स्थिति में ट्रस्ट बैंक एवं कानूनी प्राधिकरण के साथ पूर्ण सहयोग करेगा
